Aerial Solutions designed the air saw in 1985. Since then, the air saw, service truck, and helicopter have gone through constant updates to increase reliability, mobility, and efficiency.  Aerial Solutions has a full machine shop and manufactures the air saw in-house.  The Research and Development team is continuously making updates to the air saw in order to reduce down time and increase both reliability and productivity.

Modifications to Aerial Solutions’ fleet of helicopters have come from over 35 years of experience to make them safer and more efficient for use as air saw helicopters; all modifications have been approved by the Federal Aviation Administration.
